web pages load without background colours or standard size. Text is either to large or small and sometimes overlaps. Images load ok though. This happens on bothe IE and Firefox. Any help greatly appreciated

Hmmm...it sounds like you have CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) turned off somewhere. I'd suggest that you check the options on both browsers to be sure its turned on.

Failing that, make sure your browsers are up to date - the sites you are looking at may have been designed using technology that your browser can't recognise. Update or Reinstall!

no offence yet you of course dont be attentive to that lots approximately computers in case you dont be attentive to what a USB is however the usb is the component to the cable that's long , skinny and to indents on the two facet... plug this into the appropiate slot into the back of the laptop & the different end of the cable plug into the backside of the ipod then open itunes back wish i helped
