I don't like using Thumbs Down, yet if there's a question or an answer that I really like I do use Thumbs Up!

If a person asks a legitimate question and gets a crappy answer, I'll give the answer thumbs down. If I consider it a crappy question, I just don't answer.

sometimes i don't want to answer the question myself, so i just go through and rate the answers its gotten. i give whatever the answer deserves...and sometimes i think the answer is funny so i give a thumbs up.

it depends if it is a very good response. if it contains racism, rude language, problems as such then i would rate it thumbs down. and if it is one of my questions they are rude at, then i would report them alot.
