An intriguing question. From the Greek for shoe, "πεδιλο," (your browser might not show the Greek text right) the correct expression would be "pedilophile." But that sounds a little...odd.

All I know is I taught Imelda (Marcos) everything she knows! Shoes are the most amazing form of personal expression that you can take with you where ever you go.

I love my shoes!

The accepted term used in everyday speech is 'Shoe Freak'. Any word which means 'lover of something' ends '-phile'. What the word for shoes is I don't know, but I'll trust the other person who says it's 'pedilophile'. If you don't like the sound of that you could maybe go for 'pedilomaniac', as kleptomaniac is someone obsessed with stealing (so I assume the -maniac means obsessed with).
