I've answered you before, and to be a little bit of an extremist, I'm going to give you my three wishes, which pretty much convey the breadth of everything anyone should wish for if given the chance you've put forth...
1. The wisdom to know what to wish for that would benefit everyone on Earth the most.
2. Peace.
3. The ability to make more wishes.
3. (if the above is not possible) The ability to live long enough to run into another opportunity to wish for three wishes.

1 For my dad to live again!
2 To be a math whiz because I totally suck at it lol!
3 To live a full life completely free of any tears or problems!

For my grandparents to still be alive so they could be here to enjoy their great-grandchildren
For my mom to find a mate and also to be healthy and happy
To be independently weathy so I could take care of friends and family
