Thinking of buying a refurbed computer from them.
Are they reputable?
Will they honor their (extended) warranty?

You would have better luck with newegg.com as wee have used tiger direct before and got burned. We purchased a motherboard-cpu combo from them (supposed to be brand new) and they sent us a refurbished one instead. They refuse to take product back and refused to refund the money.

I have bought several products from them and never had any issues. An alternative is www.newegg.com though. I prefer them over tiger.

Yes I have done business with Tiger Direct before and I would not recommend them for anything. Please go to someone else for your needs.
