Anji is partially correct about XBox availability in Vietnam. You cannot get an XBox in the co-op stores or public businsses, but you can get one on the black market. The price varies due to inconsistent availability. Such units usually arrive in Vietnam through foreign travelers, who conveniently forget to take it with dthem when they leave.
That's probably going to change very soon when Vietnam enters the WTO. I would ask this question again around Christmas time.
