I have determined and have found within myself sufficient kindness to forgive my horrid relatives. Let them keep the remains of my beloved Gwenneth under the stone bearing "UNKNOWN TO GOD". From now on my reply to their poisonous utterances will be"I forgive you", Just not let them expect me to go to their "church".

Michael, Thank you. I had fallen into the error that my stlry was known. In short, Gwenneth and I had lived together for many years and worked at the same office.
When long leave came around. I suggested that we go on a long deserved holiday.Gwen said she was feeling tired but that I should go. It was a wonderful trip but on return I found that she had died from a virulent cancer. Her family had claimed her remainand buried them under "UNKNOWN TO GOD". A relative warned me to stay away from the grave.
Other incidents followed including a complete breakdown o my part.
I now feel that I can forgie them and possibly myself. RP..

Have you ever heard that God knows each sparrows song and when it falls?
We humans have put way too many words in the All Mighty's mouth and are day will come when we get nailed for it. I don't pretend to know what God (or a Divine Being) would say or do nor does anyone else- I just go with what is in my heart-so with that in mind:
Gwenneth is now above all hatred and she carries a rose in her heart.

Gwenneth is NOT there anyway, only her remains. She's with God. Even the non-believers must know that the essence of who she was is gone. Amazing that some of these Bible nuts can forget John 3:16
This is a great warning to others, to leave a will, save the ones you love from going through this sort of thing.

A preist was once kind enough to explain to me the difference between those that claim a religion and 'People of Faith.'
The person who follows the dogma of the religion and refuses to very from it, is not the person that you want to interact with.
The Person of Faith has the light of spirituality. They react to the light in others. They take joy in our interconnectedness and they recognize the Divine within even if they don't call it that.
The Divine resides within you.

Rose, if only I had your strength!...I just ignore the really ignorant slurs and people on this site...I figure why support them? and there is nothing I can say that will change their minds. But then again they can't change my sexual orientation..it's just that I'm a little more vicious l in my response to their slurs (in my head) than you are.
