Just go to the store. Buying a shirt or a skirt are like buying a bag of beans or can of corn. You don't have to explain anything. Men buy clothes for women all the time. Women buy clothes for men all the time. Just go buy some clothes. Catalogs have a size measuring chart, look up your sizes and go shopping.

Salvation Army and Good will have good clothes. I don't know. If you are into crossdressing check the internet. I am sure that you can find a place there.
