Eternity.

A being exists in the present and progresses from the past to the future. Even if a being could last forever, it would not be eternal, because it has lost the past and has not yet gained the future.
It is obvious that eternity is the complete and simultaneous possession of everlasting life.

Is there anything that is forever? Probably the universe. Even if it fades away, another big bang could possibly occur and bring it back, so the extent of reality which includes the life of the universe would be seen as forever.

But is there anything that is eternal? That contains the past, present, and future all at the same time? It's not the here and now, because that is only the present. It's not time and space because that is governed by varying segments which distinguish it from past to future.

So what is eternal? The answer is Laws. Inherent laws that exist from the beginningless beginning. Even before time and space was made, an eternal law had to have preconscience to regulate the geometric and physical laws that bring about life. Since it is inherent it always existed. Since it brings about life it is not subject to the cycles of life and therefore not subject to death. And since it governs all forces all the time, it is eternal.

Open your eyes to endless reality~

To say that eternity is forever is just giving it another name, which isn't really answering the question. Time cannot be forever as well, since it is a man-made concept.
I agree, however, with energy being forever.

Only the Divine is forever. Rest depends on it only, like mankind, earth, and love even. But why to care for forever? It matters to me when i feel great unselfish love towards all and have no fear of anything about future-

True love is forever, but you have to find it first. The most common mistake is spurning love after being hurt, but if people keep looking then they will find it and it will be forever. Also, diamonds are..or so i hear.

1.Slip of the tongue,
2. Good deeds
Both will last forever, provided you boast not the latter. Then the former will have the last laugh as if the latter never existed.
