being a student on a budget, i usually go to charlotte russe, forever 21,wetseals, target,rave, rainbow, paylesss etc.where do you guys shop and where can you get the best deals?

Personally, I'm in love with Target. And I also shop at Rue21, Old Navy, Ross, TJ Maxx, Rugged Wearhouse, Goody's and Belk.
Goody's, Rue21, and Belk all usually have exceptional sales. For example, since it's Fall and all the store are trying to get rid of there "summer wear"...EVEYONE has clothes on sale.
I went to Rue21 today and they had one $1 racks of shirts and two $3 racks of shorts, capris, button-ups.
You just have to look around for your best deals.

i work in retail, so i get an awesome discount for the company i work for. i usually incorporate stuff i buy there with purchases i make elsewhere to come up with my own individual style. i like places like Loehmann's, Nordstroms Rack, Goodwill stores, Salvation Army stores.

To tell you the truth I shop at walmart......they have cute clothes for cheap prices...and for makeup and accessories you should go to clares.....If you like that.
