i saw a lot of my friends post their clips on their personal page at Y!360 but i don't know how to do it! Can anyone show me please?

"Add music to your blast: Add an MP3 file that's been uploaded to the Internet (search the Internet for .mp3). Copy the link of any file that begins with "http://" and ends with ".mp3" Click "Edit Blast" in Yahoo! 360º, paste the link into the URL field, add text to the blast, and save it. Click the play-button icon when it appears. Voila, music!
Embed a video in your blog: Choose a video from Yahoo! Video, YouTube, or Google Video that has either an "Add to My Site" field or "Embed" field or link on the description page. Copy the HTML coding that's in the field, go to "Compose Blog" in Yahoo! 360º, click the "View HTML Source" checkbox (important), paste in the coding, add text to the blog entry (also important), and then post the entry."
