Since your question is not specific as to whether you are referring to Test Team or one day Team, I give below the
information about players in contention for Test as well as
one day sqauad.
Spinners : Anil Kumble.
Harbajan Singh.
Ramesh Powar
Piyush Chawla.
Of the above only Harbajan Singh and Ramesh Powar are in the one day squad at present.
As far as all rounders are concerned many players in the current squad can be termed as all rounders. But in true sense only the following players are included in the category all rounders:
1) Dinesh Mongia.
2) Irfan Pathan.
3) Ramesh Powar (To some extent)
Though Sachin Tendulkar, Virendra Shewag, Yuvaraj Singh and
Suresh Raina have also been used as part time bowlers, I do not think it is fair to include them in the category of all rounders.
Ajig Agarkar is also capable of batting, but he has shown his batting skill in the recent past. Harbajan Singh has also showed at times that he is capable of batting. But to term them as all rounders is not fair.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni can also be considered as an allrounder as he is a wicket keeper batsman.

By the time you finalise the answer for this, many 'are allrounders' will become 'were allrounders', like Pathan and Sehwag, waiting to be booted out of team.
