First to the idiots that call them pioneers, Some one would have Eventually came up their style since the beatles helped led zepplin out and some ****** satan worshippers would eventually turned into a anti-beatle band. There are so many guitarist better then jimmy pages over rated ***. He never made a good riff and his only decent work was stairway to heaven. And why can you say their music is good? All the crappy bands you hate today were influenced by them, so Its like worshipping the biggest pile of crap that made more crap.

Led Zepplin was great but over played sometimes and highly sampled. The title for which you seek is either Backstreet Boys or Fallout Boy. Either way wouldnt hurt my feelings if all there music was banished into a dark place never to be seen or more importantly heard from again.

I suffer from hating led zepplin also! I have no clue why, just do.
some possible facts:
Led Zepplin will be rated in history by thier loyal fan base, 'top notch appearance performances', albums sold etc. that kinda garbage//
I used to like them when I was 15-18 or so, now when I hear them by chance on the radio it makes my stomach turn and I quickly flip the station. I dont know how or by whatever measure thier tunes ceased to have a home in my ears, it just happened. Thats just my opinion. But if they are overrated? Where is thier rating? Is it like a QB rating from the NFL or something? How does this 'overrated', 'underrated' crap work and Ill give you a solid answer.
Until then, you just got to respect my opinion as a generally negative one towards them personally also, but why get so emotionally involved to how bad something sucks?
Is it because they are so annoyingly overplayed? Are you actually curious about this? apparently so...maybe you just love to hate led zepplin? lol
I think even thier name is kinda stupid. and a moniker that is alot like the Hindenberg. rejoice in thier namesake I say!

All my friends will shoot me for this but I always thought they swallowed donkey balls. And I just want to choke the motherfuckers who say they are better than Pink Floyd. Tune in to any classic rock station and they pollute your ears with Stairway and Whole lotta love. Over and over and over again. I think I am going to puke now. I realize all they made was crap but why play the same 2 or 3 shitty songs over and over again? Don't get me wrong, I also liked them 20 yrs ago but there is only so many times you can hear the same **** constantly. But I can listen to Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Sabbath, Clapton, Beatles and never get sick of them. I have to give them thier dues, they WERE icons and don't think they should not be included in R and R hall of fame. They are like the Dan Marino of rock. Can't stand them but still a good band, have to give them credit for that. What really did them in for me was an appearance on SNL where they played Whole lotta love with Puff Daddy and totally butchered the song. I never turned from classic rock but I do shun Zeppelin and the Eagles now. Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, and John Bonham are great musicians, but I am soooo tired of them. Turn on the radio now and skim through the stations and you will always find Zeppelin or Eagles somewhere. But how often do you hear Jimi, Pink Floyd(although I am tired of Money), AC/DC, Sabbath,or the Stones even? Personal opinion of overrated but this is a free country and we don't have to like everybody because everyone else does. If we had to we would be communists. I don't like them and when I hear them, I just turn the station. And those that think we suck because we don't like them? They can swallow donkey balls too. Jimmy page is good but Jimi Hendrix, Angus Young, Frank Zappa, Carlos Santana, and Joe Satriani, Peter Frampton and Steve Vai he isn't. Just to name a few. And I am not a crackhead, I am a pothead only.
