You can apply to many universities online. If you can read english well you should have no problems applying.

Start applying to schools so they can send you information and from there chose what is best for you. An admissions adviser may even contact you from schools you apply at to help you get started. Here is a website to look up schools. http://www.collegeboard.com/

Find a university in Europe. The US is tightnening up on who they are letting in on student visas. And the process is long and complicated to discourage people from coming.

bother i don't recommend u to go to USA , because they will harass u from the airport to your house. its great to continue studying . but go to the UK or Canada.
