What about real life terror--things that scare us as in the monotony of our lives? World War? Terrorists? Cancer? AIDS? Bankruptcy? Addiction? Rejection? Is there a switch or button we can push to avoid these fears? If not, how do we learn to cope?

We never really over come our fears we just learn t deal with them. Its like the things we know we can't change that scare us. We just have to get a grip and move on.

And when we really need it we find the power to overcome...

No magic button. Very sorry. Getting suggestions and chatting with those with adventure enables a number of those fears( habit; rejection.) chatting with medical doctors approximately what you're able to do to evade AIDS or maximum cancers - and doing those issues - is sensible. Taking action is a reliable thank you to look after fears. For terrorists, i think of gaining awareness of to be conscious whilst all of us is appearing unusual, doing unusual issues ( like whilst somebody instruments down a briefcase and walks away, leaving it at the back of.) demanding of international conflict? i think of maximum all of us is, at some point. on occasion conversing enables, so which you do no longer experience on my own. Even upon getting information, and chatting with one yet another, at 3 in the morning, you're dealing with your fears on my own. it is greater powerful to renowned them and take prudent precautions. in case you deny the fears ( pretend you're no longer afraid) you're transforming into the worst of all available worlds. you probably did no longer study actual suggestions. you could no longer take sensible action or precautions, you don't get help from persons.

Ultimately we face them alone. The only way to avoid them or cope is to stop seeing them as fears. Look on them as challenges which may or may not come your way (given how serious your examples are it's extremely unlkely).

First of all... realize that you are essentially on your own... family and friends can be supportive, but YOU run your life.... However, anything that you struggle with... just pray and ask God to help you through.... He is the only one who can do it!
