I really really want to use the Diva Cup, but if I go to lay down or want to do a handstand or something (Lol) will all of the contents in the cup, go back inside of me? And if not, then how come?

Don't worry about it. If you find that you are experiencing leaking after you lie down or do a hand stand or something then, empty your cup first.
