Example 2: A women asks that if her boyfriend beat her then shat on her porch, does he love her? Example 3: A person sees that the Baltimore Ravens have as their quarterback Steve McNair, yet still says that they will be Super Bowl Champions, is sane?

On to the next point... your question falls into the same category that you're complaining about.
Common sense tells me that not all people have (the same) common sense so they ask questions because the answers aren't common sense to them.
Common sense is starting to sound like not a word to me right now.
