I have heard of all of them, however I was not aware there were multiple versions of bipolar disorder.
Makes sense, though.
I am not a psych student or anything, but I do have an interest in the subject, and have read numerous books and case studies.
I am particularly interested in abnormal psychology, such as multiple personality, etc.

Heard of "bipolar disorder" as one disorder involving both mania and depression but not divided as you have done.
Have heard of depression but not referred to as "depressive disorder". I believe I've seen it listed under anxiety/mood disorders.
Yes on the seasonal-affective disorder.

Have heard of all. In fact I have bipolar I and SAD. My mom has bipolar II and SAD. My brother has major depression and SAD.
