Absolutely. A man who never served, completely ostracized anyone in the military who disagreed with him, horribly botched the invasaion and then current reconstruction of Iraq, and botched the war in Afghanistan so that the Taliban are resurgent... Has this man done anything RIGHT while he's been there? That being said, he'd still be just a scapegoat. Bush is the real problem. Surrounds himself with likeminded idiots who don't listen to other viewpoints. Rumsfeld would be a scapegoat, but the problem is... this Administration has had too many scapegoats necessary to protect Bush's behind.

Not only should Rumsfeld leave office, he should be imprisoned for lying to the American public, the killing of civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan, and making Americans look like ruthless bastards like himself. Because of his actions more people hate us than ever before

With harm he has done to the country and how he mismanaged the war it time for him to go. But Bush will not fire him nor will he resign so we are stuck with him for two more years.
