well I have never used sanitary belts, but just yesterday I realized that i like the old napkins better, i mean at least for over night i like the BIG HUGE THICK "Always" I have been using the ultra thins for soo long that i forgot all about the "bulky" ones:-) Yesterday i was out of my Ultra thins and i tried the old one that i had and it was perfect for the night. I think the ultra thins are more comfy and appropriate in the day when u don't want people to see that bulk in your tight pants and u don't want to feel all packed like a baby in a diaper:-)
