Is there any attraction here??

Question

I work with this guy at a barbeque restaurant who barely speaks any English, and I speak Spanish roughly so we do communicate. We are around the same age and he is always so sweet and helpful and gentlemanlike. He always gives me direct eye contact and even when we are not talking he will just stare straight into my eyes, he also looks back at me when I walk away from a conversation and he turns his head. He touches my back and shoulders a lot and pinches my sides and is always joking around and trying to make me laugh and says "muy bonita" and chiquita. My friends have even noticed and tell me he looks at me a lot when I don't notice. He is one of the most genuinely kind people I have ever met and our connection is insane. When I look into his eyes I just feel "it". Chemistry?? the "sparks". The only problem besides him only speaking Spanish is that I heard he could be married. This is from an unreliable source and he doesn't wear a ring which means nothing I know

I am quitting soon and I won't see him again, but yesterday I was leaving and he held my hand and linked elbows with me all the way to the door. He also squeezed my shoulder and shook my hand goodbye with intense eye contact. I'm gonna miss him so much, but why would a guy do that if he's married?? I really don't think he is, but will assume he is. Why does he act like this and did this mean anything??! Thank you and God bless!! :)

BTW I would never cheat with a married man, or consider it. I never make advances because I treat him as he is married. He just took my hand and grabbed my shoulders, I feel like a horrible person for falling for him. I am saving myself for marriage btw, I just genuinely like him.

if you are truly interested in this guy,ask him if he' s married.stop with the unnecessary anxiety.clearly there is an attraction between the two of you.don't rely on other sources, ask him point blank.situations like this ,you don't rely on what others say.you find out for yourself.buena suerte!!

ok so..., I think there is definitly an attraction, but maybe thats all it is. I've come to realize the handiness of convinience and when an opportunity should arise, most people would take it... especially a horny spanish guy. Lol, not to say that he doesnt have genuine interest in you, but only if he actually takes steps to approach you in that way, then you can be sure he might want more then to get into your tight little jeans. cause men are horny a**holes & even if he isnt married & you start a relationship you better learn to say I will cut your balls off if you cheat on me-in spanish. And if he is married, what a slime ball & shame on you for questioning it any further. You should have cut him off cold, you have to treat a man the way you would want another woman to treat your husband if he was behaving like that. Men dont have a connection to our soul thru our eyes, only looking for a glimps of hope thru them to get in our pants. Plus Comunication is the most important party of a relationship, sounds like strike 3 your out. Find a nice, unmarried man who can speak your language, even though they dont understand it- men suck. good luck girlfriend.

You have to find out how to find out if he is really married and ask him some day.
Nothing to loose and any way nothing happened between you. Just nice sweet play. Or just move on and forget it.

If he loves you he looked for you after you quit, the situation is not clear for you to expect he becomes your lover
