Certainly! Many other countries either had or are currently having female heads of state. The United States needs one now! And I'm pinning my hopes on New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton to be THE one in '08!

I have nothing against a woman being President, but there are presently no women capable of the job.
Condoleeza Rice and Hillary Clinton are the jokes of thewir respective parties. I know I'll get grief for this, but they haven't a snowball's chance in hell of winning. (Re: Geraldine Ferraro in 1984)
I won't throw my vote away, but if we can find an American Golda Meir or Margaret Thatcher, you bet I'll go for it.

I am so ready to vote for female President. But, I don't think it will gonna happen within 2 years. I just think it will gonna take at least another decade to see it happen.

I think it is very possible. You would have to be really ignorant to think a female could not be the president! Who knows when it will happen but I think it will happen one day!

Little children at home will all be crying without mummy looking after them while daddy have to keep on changing the napkins waiting for mummy to come home from the white house.
