Yes, I have constipation in the past. Only go once in a week or max twice. The stool is similar to yours. I have everything like taken lots of fruits like papaya and bananas but due to my work is full of pressure and tension. I don't have any urge to got to the toilet, until my body cannot take it any longer, I will have a diarrea. Recently I come to know from a good friend of mine, she recomment me to some fiber drink. I took 1 sachet every night before bed, now I go to toilet everyday and the feeling is great ! If you want to solve the problem permantly, write to me. I will give you some to try out. My email address is rz00800@yahoo.com

You have what is called irritable bowel syndrome. Take the Homeopathic Remedy NUX VOMICA 30 half hour before meals thrice a day and you will be okay in a few days nothing to worry about. No Side Effects or Complications.
Take Care and God Bless you !

you may have a parasite. go to your health person to get checked. there may be a blockage in your intestines and the hard fecal matter is not able to pass properly. ask your health person if a colonic would help. make sure you are drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. have your abdomen massaged to get your intestinal tract to work better.
dont put this off. you could be setting yourself up for something very serious.
good luck
