PS it wasnt my fault i was editing nelson mandela because a date was wrong and then some guy blocked me.

I'm not surprised you've been blocked. Using multiple accounts is not usually allowed. It's called sockpuppeting - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Sock_puppetry
The page that tells you you're blocked tells you how to appeal against it. For example, you can type {{unblock}} with a reason on your talk page (which you can edit even when blocked), or send an email to the unblock mailing list.
