275 is the tire width in mm. 45 is the percentage of the width the sidewall is. 20 is the wheel diameter in inches.

Get it right

There is no way this tire will fit on an Astro van without serious suspension and wheel well modification.

If you have 20 inch rims it does. 275 is the circumference 45 is the profile height and the 20 is wheel diameter.

No, it wont fit without raising the entire suspension and putting in spacers which will wreck the ball joints and endanger your passengers and others on the road when they break. And it will ride like an ox cart with square wheels.
Try one of the tire guides on line that sell tires and rims.
