im talking about the ones that tie at the bottom or have like a drawstring and people pull them up to their calves

They can be very cute! A few things to watch out for. Excess pockets on hips, butt or thighs can look like extra weight. However that depends on how "poofy" the pockets are to begin with. Also, if you are petiete, it can be hard to wear capris considering how they can cut the line of your leg. Other than that I would say go for it. It make shopping a whole lot easier

Depends on the type of pants really, some girls find that "right" pair of cargo pants and look HOT with them on, some choose the wrong style for them and make them a dont for some ppl.
Its really about the girl finding her style and what fits her best.
I have a pair that are not bulky and they look hot, everyone loves 'em!!!

Not for anyone with a lick of sense: They'r eunrestricting, comfortable, and have enough pockets you don;t have to lug around a purse. I was wearing BDUs all the way through the 90s and I was never in the military.

I do belive they are still in style. Depending apon your age, there are differnt ways to wear them! The most chic way right now, are with lace up bohieman wedges and a somewhat tight fighting tank with lots of beaded necklaces. But since we are coming into cooler weather, I would just forgo them until spring.

I would say that you wear what you feel comfortable in and not worry about how people see you. You should not be trying to set up an image just to please others. You should please yourself and live life to the fullest.
