Not everyone bleeds. Some girls bleed the first time they have vaginal intercourse, and others don't. If a girl doesn't have much of a hymen, she probably won't bleed the first time she has vaginal intercourse.
Having a hymen isn't the same thing as being a virgin. The hymen is a thin, fleshy tissue that stretches across part of the opening of the vagina. Some girls have so little hymenal tissue they appear to have no hymen. Others have so much hymenal tissue that first intercourse may be painful and there may be bleeding as they hymenal tissue is stretched open.
There are also other ways that a woman's hymen may be stretched open. These include using tampons, insertive masturbation, riding a bicycle, or doing gymnastics.
Most people agree that a virgin is someone who's never had intercourse. Just because a girl doesn't have a hymen, or doesn't bleed the first time she has sex, doesn't mean she's not a virgin.

Some women bleed some don't. The hymen is a very delicate thin skin, It can brake with a tampon, so unless you go to the doctor for an examination you cannot tell. If you are a virgin, the Doctor would not be able to examine you from the from anyways. So I don't know exactly how you can find out.

It's totally a myth that you are supposed to bleed when you lose your virginity. I know a ton of people who didnt even bleed a drop, or anything like that, then there are others who did. So to each her own I guess. Make sure you are being safe with whatever you are doing though, it's definetly worth it in more than one way.

you don't always bleed when you lose your virginity. Your hymen may have broken long ago. For example... I had an injury when I fell off a horse...I had slight bleeding (I was 10) and it was believed that it was due to my hymen breaking.

Hopefully are you not to young. you don't need to bleed I would let your parents know if your under age and if you over 18 go to the doctor and make sure everything is OK. But not every first time makes you bleed. Riding a bike and hitting a hard bump could have broken it already.

Some do, some don't. Some hymens are broken when we are little kids just playing around, jumping and such. Its not a true test of virginity.

Yes, you can bleed, but not necessarily. If you had ever used tampons before you did it, or rode horseback a lot, or did gymnastics or any other really strenuous sport or activity, then it is possible that it had become partly dislodged before your first sexual encounter. Maybe search on WebMD to see if there is any related info.

You're supposed to, but you may have already broken it before. Physical activities and tampons and whatnot can also break your hymen.
