my husband called a while ago and we had a misunderstanding... sort of misunderstanding... i had raised my voice a little bit and i want to tell him i'm sorry... i don't know how to start?

OMG, you sound like a dude. You are a female. You know how to express yourself and your feelings (unlike guys who don't have feelings). Just tell him. You say..."I'm sorry about the misunderstanding". Honey, if you don't, he sure as heck never will. And I guarantee you this is not the first nor will it be the last of misunderstandings.

Say the words honey....and if you can't "say" the words....leave a note or message of some sort. It's better to say sorry now, then to let him stew over it, and all that does is upset you both more.
