YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. I DONT EVEN WANT HIM TO LEAVE BUT I CANNOT BE WITH A MONSTER IF HE DID IT.

I think the first thing you should do, either with your husband present or not - is tell your kids what is going on. They are old enough to understand everything, in fact they are almost legal adults. They have the right to know whats happening with their family and why you might be leaving their dad. You need to give them time to deal with this and realize that their dad might be having to move out.
If you do end up leaving him, then arrangements will have to be made to have the kids visit him on holidays/summer vacations, many parents do the long distance thing if necessary.

talk to your children. see what it is they want. if they want to stay and your husband is charged he will be put in jail. explain to them what he did was very wronge and he will always be their father but let them make the choice as to go or not . you are not making their father leave if what he did is true then he was the one who left them. just make sure if they want to stay and still have a relationship with their father let them know how wronge it is to hurt women and to always respect them. hope everything turns out for the best.

Try and experiment with leaving your kids with him and ask them if he did any harm. If there are issues, then stay away. Yet, I would never even approach a man accused of rape and molestation, yet alone my own kids. Simply, becareful. Hes done it before, he can do it again.

Honey you should think about what he did to your sister, then you should think about yourself. You have no reason to protect your kids perception of what their father is, I understand why u'd want to but they are old enough to know, and they'll undestand.

ASK YOUR KIDS how they feel and then let them decide because they too have their feelings.

Ni matter what even if he is no longer your husbund he will always be their dad. so let them decide. good luck dear
