I have an e-mail that won't open or delete.

Shut down your mobile, then restart it after a couple of minutes. This usually sorts out minor problems automatically, and you should be able to open and read your e-mail.

try taking the battery off and powering up again. thats what the cell phone guy at my tmobile store told me. so give it a try cant hurt

just try that
just change the sim and swith on your fon..
then u ll be able to delete that
