I am from MUmbai. I need to know from where i can complete my 12th privately then the graduation.

You can do graduation without doing 12th from scores of universities. The best thing about them is they are valid degrees. Visit the Distance education departments of various universities. The links are as follows:

You can do your grauduation in two ways. Either you try and pass your 12th or go to a open university. Many opn universities have a system where they consider the age of the candidate and allow them to directly appear for graduation. They might also have a preparatory exam by which you can complete the formality of 12th and continue your degree course.
The bst option would be for you to try and complete whatever subjects you have failed in 12th and then join a degree course in a regular college.

Contact Seton Home Study in Front Royal, VA. They have an international study program, kindergarten thru 12th grade. The telephone operator should be about to help you with the phone number. They are accredited,and certified. They will grad your work, etc. They have a good program. I also know of a Eastern Mennonite home school program in Harrisonburg, Va which is an international program.
