I had some inner vaginal bleeding (very light-doesnt even fill tip of regular tampon). I am wondering if this is my period or not. I am on ortho- lo, my periods are usually heavier

Is it during your placebo week or your week off? If not, you could just be experiancing some break through bleeding. If it is during your week off active pills, then don't worry yet. You're period may start up. If it doesn't remember it's normal for women to occasionally miss a period on birth control pills as well as experiance lighter and shorter periods. If you are worried about pregnancy, you can take a pregnancy test to ease your mind but, if you've been taking your pills correctly and using back up if you've been on antibiotics, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Call your doctor if you miss two periods in a row.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

Maybe you can try 'Manjakani' (Oak Galls) products. It helps to fight yeast infection as well as remove unpleasant odor from the intimate area.
