Ok, they bring a lobster to the table and plop the plate down. What do I eat? Do I eat the innards? What do I eat? Is the head supposed to be eaten? By non-savages I mean.

the tail and claws has the most meat. you can eat some of the innards. that's the green looking stuff in the body. they call that the tamale. supposed to be a delicacy I guess. you can also suck the little bit of meat out of the legs. nothing in the head though. also, they don't scream when you cook them. there are tiny air pockets in their shells, and it's the air escaping that makes that sound.

When I took a fish farming class a couple of years ago it was stated that when a lobster is dropped into boiling water, it screams.

I dont eat it, but my mother eats the tail and claw parts, i look at it and want to puke...I wonder if people eat the head???? She likes it with butter....
