I know lots of people who have purchased this item. The general consensus is that is not any good.
Many individuals later bought the monster Fm transmitter and were a lot more satisfied.

I did not like my iTrip at all. The music never came in clear and then it broke because it is pretty delicate. Also, you have to download software that takes space up on your ipod. I suggest a player that plugs into your cigarrette lighter.

i bought one and HATED it. it worked ok at first, not very clear sound, but eventually it stopped working altogether. so i exchanged it and my second one did the same thing so i gave up on it.
i've been told the ones the actually plug into your car work well though.

yeah it works really well for me.. depending on where you are you just have to find the right station
