You may have a yeast infection or perhaps you might have hurt something in there. Id see you local GP / doctor so he / she can get a sample and test for anything such as bacteria or disease..

it may just be concentrated semen or you may have busted testicles or you may have std/hiv, etc. so as the others said, go see a doctor asap. cheers!
