Green Kryptonite: Most Common Form, To Kryptonians it causes immediate physical pain and debilitation and kills within hours.
Red Kryptonite: Was created from Green Kryptonite that passed through a mysterious red-hued cloud en route to Earth. inflicts random effects on Kryptonians, typically creating an initial "tingling effect" in those affected. No two chunks of Red Kryptonite have the same effect. Red Kryptonite effects typically last for 24-48 hours (though sometimes as long as 72), after which the Kryptonian in question is always immune to that specific chunk of Red Kryptonite.
Gold Kryptonite: Removes superpowers from Kryptonians permanently; however, in one story, a temporary antidote was developed that negated this effect for a short period of time.
White Krptonite: Kills all plant life, whether Kryptonian or not. Induces decay immediately upon exposure, with a range of about 25 yards.
Blue Kryptonite: The result of using Professor Potter's "duplicator ray" on some Green Kryptonite. It's affects varie, but only effect Bizarro. In Pre-Crisis, Blue Kryptonite affected only Bizarro, and in a manner similar to that of Green Kryptonite on Kryptonians. Post-Crisis, Blue Kryptonite makes Bizarros become coherent, polite and goodhearted.
Anti-Kryptonite: Has no effect on superpowered Kryptonians, but has the same effects as Green Kryptonite on non-superpowered Kryptonians.
X-Kryptonite: Created by Supergirl while experimenting with Green Kryptonite in hopes of finding an antidote. It has no effect on Kryptonians, but bestows temporary superpowers on Earth lifeforms, most prominently Supergirl's pet cat, Streaky.
Jewel Kryptonite: Jewel Kryptonite amplifies the psychic powers of Phantom Zone residents, allowing them to project illusions into the "real world" or perform mind control.
Slow Kryptonite: A modified variety of Green Kryptonite produced by a human scientist that affects humans in a manner similar to Green Kryptonite on Kryptonians.
Magno-Kryptonite: Artificially created by the villain Nero, "Magno-Kryptonite" is magnetically attracted to all substances originally from Krypton, with such incredible force that not even the strength of Superman or Bizarro can escape it.
Bizarro Kryptonite: Affects humans the same way Red Kryptonite affects Kryptonians.
Pink Kryptonite: This bizarre variety of kryptonite apparently turned heterosexual Kryptonians temporarily into homosexuals;
Kryptonite-X: A form of filtered/purified kryptonite. Professor Emil Hamilton used the term "Kryptonite-X" to describe the substance that restored Superman's powers after a confrontation with the villain known as the Cyborg Superman in Engine City.
Black Kryptonite: Kryptonite with the ability to split the personality of Kryptonians.

As I remember it there were several..
Green: radiation weakens Kryptinians...extended exposure lethal. (Extended exposure can also effect NON-Kryptonians, can cause cancer after significant length of exposure.)
Red: Each piece has a different mutating effect body or mind. (Documented incindets include blindness, inability to use powers unless dressed as Clark Kent, growth of extra arms, accelerated growth of hair and beard.)
Blue: Weakens Bizarros (in catroon reversed the effects of red, dont' remember if this happened in the comics as well.
White: affects only non powered kryptinians
Gold: Permamently removes Kryptinian powers
Jewel: Affects only Plant Life
This was how it was back in the 80's. I don't know what changes that they may have made recently.

Red, Green and Yellow I think. Red makes him lose his inhibitions and do crazy stuff. Green makes him sick and I think (although am not certain) that there was a yellow one that made him stronger. Although I may be thinking of the Earth's 'yellow' sun which adds to his strength too.
