maybe yrs of masturbating have caused me to lose my feeling. It takes forever for me to acheive orgasm using my clit. This makes sex difficult for me and pointless. What can I do and how do I get my feeling back? Are my nerves damaged forever? I have stopped now that I noticed the diffrence but still I haven't gotten my feeling back like it used to be. I can't even feel when a guy goes down on me. What am I to do?

No you won't have damaged amything. Sure using a strong vibe can train you to need a lot of stimulation to reach orgasm and that can make hand and partner play more difficult but the effect goes quickly if you lay off the toy. As your problems started before the toy I'd guess its more an emotional/mood thing. If you are not mentally aroused then the physical stuff will not work too well. Answer may be to indulge in something you would find erotic to get into the mood before getting physical.

There is some creams that's available in sex shops or that can be purchased at home "fun" parties. I have some that's called "Sudden Comfort" & "Sex Fifth Avenue". The creams increase sensitivity in that area & they taste pretty good to. Don't rule out seeing a gyno there may be something else going on that you're not aware of. I can't see how years of masturbation would damage your clit. In reality that part of your body is made to withstand a lot of trauma, i.e. childbirth, and masturbation isn't that traumatic. Good luck & remember you can also learn to orgasm vaginally.

Well, I know that my clit used to be like that, it's better now. I think that I have a normal clit, but I don't really compare it with anyone else lol. I can't always feel it when my bf goes down on me. Because it's moist and warm down there and his tongue is the same, I really don't feel much. It sucks too because he loves to do it, I don't have the heart to tell him I can't feel it. Have him eat an ice cube or drink a really cold drink before he does it, you should feel something then. If you used a vibrator or another more "aggressive" type insrument to masturbate, then it's going to take a little while for the feeling to fully return. If it really starts to effect you, see your gyno. They can help you for sure.

I doubt very much that masturbating has anything to do with
this. If you're menopausal, or post, you'll discover a lot of changes you won't like--if not, I'd suggest seeing your OBGYN.
If you are, HRT (hormone replacement therapy) is a dream, but
it gave me a blood clot that almost killed me, so I'd NEVER recommend it. See your OBGYN for goodness sake! OK?

I would ASAP make an appointment with your gynecologist. Diabetes can decrease the sensation of the clitoris. But I've never actual heard of one being used to often, even via masturbation.

Don't worry, and just continue to stimulate your clit, but ask your man to do it, the best is use his mouth, or try his penis head, but hit the clit only, and not put it inside, hope this can help you.

Go see a doctor and stop having sex for a while.

It's possible you are a good candidate for the first CLIT TRANSPLANT. Who knows, they seem to be transplanting EVERYTHING these days!

Sounds to me like you're in a sexual rut, personally.

Try spicing things up with your partner...
