ok, i have about 1 month to basically win the heart of this guy, well, first let me explain, well were on this holiday called "ramadan" n by da end of "Ramadan" its a celebration, n most people go to this amusement park, n My crush will be there, he's never seen my hair b 4, becuz da gurls have 2 wear a scarf(its an islamic school, dont ask, lol) well, i was thinkin about losin sum weight, (i have 2 admit i am atleast 10 pounds over where i wanna b) n getting this cute outfit, n everything, because he knows i like him, but he likes my friend, n he kinda broke my heart(totally different story) but wen he sees me, i want him 2 be like, DANG! i missed out on this, lol, but n e advice, wuts a fast way 2 lose weight(keep in mind im only 13, n my parents wont let me take those weight loss pills) n wuts a cute hairstyle dat i shud use (ex. juss straight down, or wavy, or curly) i kno this maybe a little 2 much 2 ask, but i really like this guy, so please give me advice...THANX

Drugs are bad for your body. It is not abnormal at your age to have a little extra weight. Try to avoid the snacking especially late at night or after lunch eat lighter weight lower calorie foods such as salads. They did a study where they found that if you eat most of your calories ealier in the day you either loose weight or maintain your weight. But if you eat most of them later in the day you gain weight. If you drink more water it will help you feel fuller it is also very good for your skin not in excess. I use to eat alot of oranges in the earlier part of the day when younger and it helped me stay thinner, salads in the later part of the day and skim milk or even dry milk I added water to. As to your hair getting it healthy and trimmed on the ends may work just fine. Walking is great for the health and loosing weight and you can do it at home just walking in place watching television lift your legs higher or get a step system to walk up and down on. Find something which works with you and do not do any drastic weight loss as it just comes back and then some do it naturally. Limit your intake of sweets and fats. As my boss says veggies are your best friend.

Sorry but I don't think anyone gave you the right answer you needed. You need to realize that you are still a little girl and yes, of course your hormones are kicking in, you need to understand that these are the urges controlling you to feel this way about this person and not mental attraction. So many times young people allow their physical pleasure to take over and end up in situations that are damaging to their future. My advice is to think about what you are doing and don't worry about your weight or anything like that. Learn about yourself before you try to conquer the world. There is so much time in the future for that.

my best advice is to watch what you eat-make healthier food choices, drink lots of water, cut down of the soda, and sweets as well. the you need to work out. walk around your neighborhood with a friend,jog listening to your iPod, or just go and walk the dog idf you have one. eat breakfast, a healthy lunch, and a nice dinner. have your dinner before 7 pm at the latest -okay, 6:30 pm would be better for you though. if you have access to weights then use them-curls, etc, and do some major ab work as well as squats and lunges with small 3-5 lb. wts./arm.if you watch what you eat as well as work out you could lose those pounds but i can tell you that it is not an easy piece of cake. bestof luck to you, and i hope that you make him do a double take when he sees how good you look!

All I have to say is, there are plenty of fish in the sea.

There's no need to try to steal your friend's boyfriend.

And I completely agree with the previous answerer that you shouldn't be trying to take weight-loss pills. You're much too young to worry about that stuff.

sweetie you're 13 and trying to please a guy by loosing weight!! Stop, wait a minute, and think about it, is he worth it? Just try being yourself (he may notice if you're not) to try to get him to notice you. You are gonna have to be pretty when you see him though so he can be like dang.
Try these things: make sure your eyebrows are arched or shaped, wear lip gloss, use a light scented fragrance (body spray), and a cute outfit (nothing skimpy)
