The only thing I can come up with is it shouldn't be used in combination with other fabrics that require Dry-Cleaning, because the DC-solvents swell the olefin fiber. Also, since olefin is a oleophilic (oil loving) fiber it probably shouldn't be used in apparel where contact with oil is likely (cooking aprons, chef clothing, etc.)
