You don't say how old you are. If you are under 25, your breasts can be going through a growth spurt, which can make them sensitive.
Another reason for sensitivity is pregnancy.
If you are certain you are not pregnant, go see your doctor.

I am quite small of frame wiry and slim.
I had a similar problem and insisted I went for a mammogram.
Nothing was found. But when I explained this pain to the doctor, she said that in thinner girls, pectoral muscles can (or the muscles under the breast) can get sore. she showed me by tracing the muscles up into my armpit. It is possible your pain is the same, you may have have pulled or strained a muscle or ligament in the chest.

You should visit your physician.
It could be inflammatory breast cancer, which is very rare, but it occurs in young women as well as older women. Itchiness and dry patches are also other indicators of this disease.
Best thing to do is to consult a doctor.

You could be pregnant, but some contraceptive pills can have the same effect, as can having your period.
