Diet is extremely important. To slim your body you must:

Burn more calories than you eat.

Cut your fat intake.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.

Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat.

Do 30 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.

I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%

Be Blessed

Try this, it really does work. For 10 days or however long you can go. Every morning, drink a quart of water mixed with sea salt. Not a wonderful taste, but it works. The rest of the day, only drink a mixture of squeezed lemon juice, Organic grade B maple syrup found in health food stores, and a pinch of Cayenne pepper. Also, as much water as you can. Then at night drink Senna tea before you go to sleep. It sorta is a fast, but the syrup and the lemon juice actually give you the energy and nutrients you need. Just give it 3 days and you will not want to stop. I promise this works

free and low risk....

Excercise, healthy diet and consistant sleep schedule.

How many times do you eat out in a week and if your answer is more than 3, then some adjusting should be done.

Do the amount of excercise you do in a week add up to more than 1 hour? Walking around doing errands does not count.

Do you sleep 6 to 8 hrs consistantly every night or do you go on 5 hrs of sleep and naps during the day.

can you keep up with fasting?

don't eat anything all day. only have ONE meal, which is dinner, no later than 6pm. when i did that, i also drank a vitamin drink so that i would not feel tired during the day. the only thing that got me through the hunger pains, was a diet pill that i also took everyday for a month called slim 30. you can't take it for more than a month. you can take it every other month. i have tried to continue taking it after my month was up, but it really has no affect b/c your body grows a tolerance to it.

i lost 20 pounds in a month.

I don't know if it's risky.....I'm worried because of the sodium.
But....I'm only eating frozen dinners and canned food. It's a great way of counting calories.
The first week I lost 10lbs....granted probably water weight, but I havent' gained any back so far.

I'm eating Healthy Choice. Best tasting.

drink lots of water! water gets all the toxins out of you're body, and makes you feel fuller, helping you lose weight. Of course you still have to exercise and eat healthy foods. Maybe find a weight loss support group in you're area. Support is essential. Best of luck.
