I'm looking for software or a Web stie that will generatoe *both* an .FLA file and a .SWF file. I need a simple fade-in effect between 2 images... and the .fla source file.

Any reccomendations on what to use that's quicky easy?

Hmm.. unfortunately, I'm required to have the .FLA file for work.

I have Flash MX, but, for the life of me, can't make it fade in nicely. .Fla fade-in samples would even work. 300 x 250 pixels..

at the initiating they are all trials. Secondly, doing what you want is not only not likely achievable because of outfitted-in safe practices and the mess in Flash source code company, yet also hostile to copyright guidelines (which may make it a federal offense contained in the U. S.).
