BUT YEAH RUMOURS ABOUT HIM BEING OFFERED THE ROLE OF GANDALF WAS TRUE, I HEARD THAT CHRISTOPER LEE WAS FIRST OFFERED THE ROLE BUT HE TURNED IT DOWN AND TOOK SARUMAN INSTEAD.
SOMEONE ELSE WAS OFFERED THE ROLE, JSUT CAN'T REMEMBER IT, I THINK IT WAS SIR EDWARD FOX OR MALCOM MCDOWELL.
