I agree with zero_cool...God is perfect and would not sneeze. But if an angel feather happened to tickle His nose and He did sneeze, I believe that bless you will suffice. Even though He is God, we must still bless Him and His holy name!

in theory god is perfect and a sneeze occurs because of some imperfection in the nasal passages or respirator system. therfor GOD WOULD NOT SNEEZE
