What is this mattress/chair thing called?

It's a mattress thing that can fold into a chair. It's like a big pillow, but firm, and has a pillow-type thing on one end. It has four connected pieces in all. I have no idea what it's called, and also need to know where to buy one.

WalMart has them in all kinds of different coverings. They are foam chair loungers that turn into a single bed. Quite inexpensive.

A futon chair, maybe?

Buy at Target, WalMart, furniture stores or find a futon store.
