I know this is challenging because I really cant remember the lyrics. I went to a club and they were playing an 80s song. It must have beeen a one hit wonder becuase I never hear it. It was very pop, bubble gum, liittle reggae. Not a madonna song but the lyrics went something like "causerary motion, something something notion"

If it wasn't Dire Straits, could it have been "Locomotion", which was remade by Manfred Mann - but I think that was in the late 70's.
