What exactly are you asking for here?

If you ask me, there shouldn't be any differences in the alchohol related crimes between adults and minors. For instance, drunk driving is drunk driving no matter who you are. A drunk teenager driving around could just as easily kill an innocent person as a drunk adult driver. So why should there be any differences in the sentencing?
