It really depends how far you are along in your maturation. To be expected is 4.5-5.5 inches long for an average white adult male's erect penile length. With girth, I would imagine it is fairly proportional to that length, but it is not as worrisome of a subject. Lenth of penises can be improves with surgeries on the suspensatory ligament or a few other techniques, but girth is very difficult to alter. The surgeries are painful (thank god ive just read this) and very expensive.
My suggestion is that you learn to become comfortable with yourself and become as physically and mentally strong as you want. Be nice and funny and mostly, have CONFIDENCE. Trust me, I'm only 23 right now, and I've had my fair share of confidence issues. They don't care and they'll never mention your length. Good luck, bra.

Well, 16yr. olds are not done growing and developing yet, so there really isn't a normal or average size to be expected. If you're feeling like you're on the small side, give it a few more years and see how you feel about it later. Who knows, you may have a growth spurt down there! It could happen. Penis girth can vary a lot from one guy to the next. When it comes to girth, there really isn't such a thing as normal girth. I'm sure you're find in that department. Even if you are not as big as you'd like to be, you gotta remember that you're not the only one, and it doesn't make you less of a man. A lot of women agree with that.

I say about 4-5 inches erected or not but dont worry about it if its smaller but if its bigger than that then you go boy. If youre over weight it will cause ur penis to be smaller.
