Minimal - water, food, shelter. Water right away, food within a week or so, shelter for exposure to the elements as well as comfort. Any tools or implements to help you gain the above 3 requirements.
Optimal - A nice well stocked summer home to tide you over till the owners return or you are found.

Fresh water
Shelter from sun and weather
Antibiotics for any injuries that could get infected
Food or a knife and other hunting items
Grooming products (or your teeth would rot out)
Matches or an item to create fire
Anything else would be for comfort reasons, ie clothes, bedding, etc.
