I don't think in the NFL but the old AFL yes.....

Nice work to "TheOnlyBeldin" for the correct answer (Craig Morton) and to "Carolina," that's not a bad call, the surprisingly resilient Mr. McNair could well be our next contestant to win the big prize. (The Ravens have been only a quarterback away from greatness in several seasons...)

Craig Morton was the first - Dallas in Super Bowl V and Denver in Super Bowl XII.

I don't believe there have been any others (in fact, Wikipedia confirms it).

McNair has a chance to be the first...but he's going to need A LOT of luck to pull that one off in the NFL...Baltimore is looking pretty good, despite the close call yesterday...but we'll see. Otherwise I don't think anyone has done it.
